MCLE Credit Application Form

Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) is a requirement of many U.S. State Bar associations and applies to attorneys and legal professionals licensed, to practice law in jurisdictions within the U.S.

As a professional courtesy to our attorneys in attendance, we will be requesting live, in-person accreditation for this event in many jurisdictions and up to 23.5 MCLE credits may be possible. It is up to the individual to obtain these credits by attending sessions and getting your badge scanned. To receive maximum credits, individuals must attend both training days, both general sessions, and eight non-concurrent breakout sessions. Please note that MCLE credits are not a guarantee and that a certain amount of MCLE credits should not be expected as each state approves MCLE credits differently.

Please complete this MCLE Credit Application Form before midnight on Friday, 23 October 2026. After this point the credit form will close and we may be unable to report credits on your behalf or a late fee may be required. You only need to fill the form out once. If you have just one state of licensure, please leave the additional state licensure fields blank. Please refrain from typing "N/A" into any field.

• Our Privacy. Security. Risk. + AI Governance Global 2026 website will be continually updated to reflect the status of state approvals.

Please note: If you are licensed in the District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, and South Dakota you are not required to maintain MCLE credits and therefore do not need to submit this online MCLE Credit Application Form.

Be sure to check your State Bar MCLE regulations, as some jurisdictions do not accredit sponsor programs but require MCLE, so attorneys will need to self-apply. Please contact mcle@iapp.org with any questions.

International Attorney’s Attending U.S. Events:
The IAPP can only offer pre-approved MCLE credits to U.S.-based lawyers. If you are an international attorney, please contact us at mcle@iapp.org and we would be happy to provide your badge scans from the conference, as well as our Uniform Certificate of Attendance to fill out. Please note that we are unable to advise on how to self-apply for MCLE’s within your country.
